ORS Group is a leading care services company that provides high‐quality care services to asylum seekers in various countries across Europe.
Their goal is to support asylum seekers throughout the proceedings
and help them integrate socially and professionally into their new communities.
The Problem
ORS Group was looking for an e‐learning solution to provide high‐quality training and support to their staff and asylum seekers.
They wanted a customized platform that would be user‐friendly, interactive, and engaging. Additionally, they needed an integrated solution that would facilitate the organization and cataloging of external educational centers.
The Solution
Our e‐learning development agency partnered with ORS Group to provide a customized e‐learning solution that included several unique features. We designed and developed a custom Moodle theme that aligned with ORS Group’s branding and provided a seamless user experience. Additionally, we developed a Code of Conduct module that could be customized to reflect ORS Group’s policies and values.
We also integrated the e‐learning platform with Active Directory, which made it easier for staff members to log in and access training materials. To further enhance the user experience, we created a
catalog of external educational centers that asylum seekers could access through the platform. This catalog helped ORS Group to organize and streamline external training resources.
