This page explains what personal data we collect on this website, why, and what your rights are. It is written to satisfy the substance of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

The data controller for this website is The Namers d.o.o. (Serbia-registered), Hercegovacka 90, Novi Pazar, Serbia. VAT/PIB 109464366. Contact: hello@the-namers.com.

What we collect

We collect (a) information you give us through the contact form (name, company, work email, message, project type, page locale); (b) server access logs (IP, timestamp, URL, referrer, user agent) kept for up to 30 days for security and debugging; (c) Google Analytics 4 data, only after you give consent (see Cookies below).

Cookies

Strictly necessary: session cookies set by the site for accessibility preferences. Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is loaded ONLY after you accept analytics in our consent banner. GA4 uses cookies (typically _ga, _ga_*) and collects an anonymized IP, device and browser information, and page interactions. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time via 'Cookie settings' in the footer.

Third-party processors

Formspree (US-based) — receives and forwards contact-form submissions to hello@the-namers.com. Calendly (US-based) — when embedded on the contact page, loads scripts from calendly.com only when you scroll to or interact with the embed. Google Analytics (US/EU) — only after consent. Each of these processes data under their own terms, which we link to from our cookie banner.

International transfers

Formspree, Calendly and Google Analytics may transfer data to the United States. We rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses as applicable.

How long we keep data

Contact form messages: up to 24 months from last contact. Server logs: up to 30 days. GA4: standard 14-month retention with anonymized IP.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to: access your data, correct it, ask us to erase it, restrict processing, port it to another controller, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email hello@the-namers.com to exercise any of these rights.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when we change how we process data. The last-updated date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
