Pillar 01 — Content

eLearning content adult
professionals finish.

We design AND learning-engineer. SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses, original illustration, sequential-art panels for compliance and soft-skills, microlearning video, and the instructional design that holds it together.

  • 01 — Custom illustrations

    Custom illustrations

Vector, on-brand, accessibility-aware. Built for re-use across course families.

    • Style guides and component libraries
    • Adaptive for dark/light themes
    • Localizable type and idioms
  • 02 — Interactive courses

    Interactive courses

SCORM 2004 / xAPI-compliant courses in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adapt, or custom HTML5 when the off-the-shelf tools constrain pedagogy.

    • WCAG 2.1 AA conformance
    • Cohort and self-paced delivery
    • Assessment design that maps to objectives
  • 03 — Comics & storyboarded learning

    Comics & storyboarded learning

Sequential-art panels for soft-skills, ethics, and compliance training. The visual differentiator that makes adults actually read the policy.

    • Original lineart, no stock
    • Panels written by instructional designers
    • Reusable character systems
  • 04 — Video & motion graphics

    Video & motion graphics

Microlearning video — 90 to 180 seconds, designed to be re-cut for mobile and embed.

    • Storyboard → record → cut → caption
    • Multilingual subtitles
    • Brand-coherent motion system
  • 05 — Localization

    Localization

Content adapted into multiple languages with cultural review — not literal translation. German + English handled in-house.

    • DE + EN native review
    • Currency, date, idiom adaptation
    • Voice-over coordination
  • 06 — Instructional design

    Instructional design

Needs analysis, learning objectives, assessment design — the upstream work that determines whether the course actually changes behavior.

    • Stakeholder interviews
    • Task and gap analysis
    • Assessment validity review

Process

What working with us looks like.

  1. 01

    Discover

Stakeholder interviews, task and gap analysis, audience research. We come back with a one-page brief, not a slide deck.

  2. 02

    Design

Learning architecture, storyboard, visual direction, accessibility plan. Sign-off before we build.

  3. 03

    Build

Illustration, courseware, video, localization. We ship every two weeks.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

Pilot cohort, instrumentation, iteration, handover. Optional ongoing support with documented SLAs.

Common questions

  • Do you work in our authoring tool? +
Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adapt, dominKnow, lectora — yes. If the tool constrains the pedagogy, we will also build custom HTML5 that exports SCORM/xAPI.
  • Can you handle accessibility audits? +
Yes. We design to WCAG 2.1 AA by default and offer formal accessibility audits with remediation plans.
  • How do you handle localization? +
DE and EN are first-language for our team. For other languages we coordinate native review and back-translation; you sign off before we publish.
  • What size of programme is a good fit? +
From a single course to a 30+ programme curriculum. We do not take on programmes where the learning objectives can't be agreed on paper before build.
